Section 2 in The M.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1962
2. Definitions.
- In these rules unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Act, 1925;(b)"Factory" means a cotton ginning and pressing factory or a cotton pressing factory;(c)"Form" means a form appended to these rules;(d)"Section" means a Section of the Act.
