Section 13(1) in The Haryana Canal and Drainage Act, 1974
(1)In case of any accident happening or being apprehended to a canal any Divisional Canal Officer or any person acting under his general or special orders in this behalf any enter upon any lands adjacent to such canal and may execute all works which may be necessary for the purpose of repairing or preventing such accident.
