Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Mineral Dealer's Rules, 2000
(1)Any person desiring to possess, store, sell, trade or otherwise deal with any mineral shall make an application for registration to the Dy. Director of Mines and Geology of the Region for any type of ore or mineral as specified in the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act and Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 in Form-A. The application shall be submitted in quadruplicate.
