Section 47(2)(b) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011

(b)With effect on and from the date specified in the order under clause (a) of subsection (2), the persons specified in such order shall become employees of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya or Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya and those transferred to the Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya, shall cease to be employees of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, as the case may be.
