Section 54(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)The area of kitchen shall be not less than 4.5 square metres with the minimum width of 2.4 metres. A kitchen which is intended for use as a dining room shall have a floor area of not less than 8.5 square metres with a minimum width of 2.4 metres.
