1. Heard learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company and for Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.
2. Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that, the Applicant-Insurance Company would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the concerned Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today.
3. Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject 1/2 CAF-558-19==.doc ::: Uploaded on - 06/02/2019 ::: Downloaded on - 16/03/2019 00:03:51 ::: to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the concerned Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated without any further reference to the Court.
4. The amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court, be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.
5. Civil Application is disposed off.
