After registration is done the contractors will be issued an identity card from the Department for which he will have to submit three copies of attested photographs alongwith the application of registration in form 'A'. The contractors will have to maintain history of works done by them and remarks of the Executive Engineer under whom the work has been done, in the identity card issued to him.
