490. Certain Acts to cease to apply to City.
- [The Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963 (Gujarat 34 of 1964), and the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1961 (Gujarat 6 of 1962)] [These words and figures were substituted for the words and figures 'The Bombay District Municipal Act, 1901, the Bombay Municipal Boroughs Act, 1925 and the Bombay Village Panchayats Act, 1933' by Gujarat 3 of 1973. Section 3.], shall cease to apply, except as hereinafter provided, to any area included in the City.
