1. This Motion has been taken out for condonation of delay in filing an appeal under Section 35-G of the Central Excise Act, 1944, challenging the order dated 31 st March, 2017 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal ( for short 'the Tribunal').

2. It is agreed position between the parties that though the order of the Tribunal was passed in Mumbai, the dispute originated in the districts allotted to the Goa Bench of this Court. Therefore, in view of the decision of this Court in Central Excise Appeal No.105 of 2017(Indorama Synthetics (I) Ltd. Vs. The Commissioner of Central Excise and Customs) and other matters decided on dated 19th October, 2018 this appeal would have to be heard by the Goa Bench of this Court.

3. Therefore, the Registry of this Court is directed to transfer the papers and proceedings of this Appeal including the present Motion to the Goa Bench of this Court.
