15. Extent of jurisdiction of [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1647/21.12.1993-Notification. No. 16063-Legis./20.12.1993.].
- Save as aforesaid, the jurisdiction of a [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1647/21.12.1993-Notification. No. 16063-Legis./20.12.1993.] extends to all like suits of which the value does not exceed four thousand rupees.(2)The High Court may, by notification, with respect to any [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1647/21.12.1993-Notification. No. 16063-Legis./20.12.1993.] named therein, direct that his jurisdiction shall extend to all like suits of such value not exceeding ten thousand rupees as may be specified in the notification.
