Section 60(1) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(1)The State Government shall create a Fund at the State level under Section 61 of the Act to be called the 'Juvenile Justice Fund' (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) for the welfare and rehabilitation of the juvenile or the child dealt with the provisions of the Act.
