Section 4B(1) in The M.P. Prisoner's Leave Rules, 1989
(1)Prisoners who have been accorded with any punishment for a jail offence other than punishment of warning while undergoing their sentences, and such punishment has not been imposed upon them 3 years prior to them the date of his application for leave.
