1. Mr. Suresh Kumar states that allegations in the petition is that impugned order dated 30th September 2019 has been passed without even issuing a show cause notice. Mr. Suresh Kumar requests that the matter be stood over to next week so that he can take instructions.
2. Though it is a petition of 2020, we would grant this last indulgence because if infact no show cause notice has been issued as alleged by Petitioner, the impugned order has to be quashed.
