Section 45 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) General Rules, 2000
45. Penalties.
- The marketing committee or its Secretary may by order impose penalty on any person contravening any provision of bye-laws which may extend to five thousand rupees:Provided further that no penalty shall be imposed against a person without affording him an opportunity to show cause.
