Section 6(1) in The Rajasthan State Aid to Industries Act, 1961
(1)The State Government or any officer authorised by it in this behalf may, by order, require any person incharge of the industry to which aid under the provisions of this Act has been given to furnish such information or to produce such books of accounts and other documents for inspection at such time and place as may be specified in the order and such person shall comply with such order.
