Section 1 in The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Excise Regulation, 2012
1. Short title, extent and commencement:- This Regulation may be called the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Excise Regulation, 2012.
(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
