Section 10 in The Karnataka Local Fund Authorities Fiscal Responsibility Act, 2003
10. Application of other laws.
- The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force, to the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force.
