Section 19(iv) in The Punjab Apartment Ownership Rules, 1995
(iv)The apartment owner will be required to utilise exclusively a freight or service elevators for transporting package merchandise or any other object that may affect the comfort or well being of the passengers of the elevators meant for the transportation of owners, residents and guests;
