83A. Legal Practitioners excluded from appearance in certain proceedings in Labour Courts.
- [Except in a proceeding in connection with an offence under this Act, a legal practitioner shall not be entitled to appear before a Labour Court on behalf of any party in any other proceeding under this Act, save with the permission of such Court.] [Section 83A was inserted by Bombay 55 of 1949, section 14]
