Section 7A in The West Bengal Restoration of Alienated Land Act, 1973
7A. Principles of res judicate not to apply.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law or in any judgment, decree or order of any Court, Tribunal or any other authority, the provisions of section 11 of the Code or Civil Procedure, 1908, shall not apply to any proceeding or appeal under this Act.
