Section 32(1) in The Milk and Milk Product Order, 1992
(1)The provisions of this Order and instructions issued thereunder, shall supersede any order made under Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) in so far as it relates to milk or milk product.
