Section 21 in THE RAJASTHAN ELECTROPATHY SYSTEM OF MEDICINE ACT, 2018
21. Chairperson of meeting.-If at a meeting the Chairperson is not present the
members present shall elect one from amongst themselves to be the Chairperson of themeeting and such Chairperson shall perform all the duties, and may exercise all thepowers of the Chairperson of the Board while presiding at the meeting.
