Section 1 in The Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947 [Delhi Extension]
1. Short title, extent and commencement -
(1)This Act may be called the Bombay Home Guards Act, 1947.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Delhi.(3)It shall come into force at once.
