Section 13(1) in Public Debt (Annuity Deposit Certificates) Rules, 1966
(1)Before any information is supplied, every applicant shall, if so required by the Bank, execute an indemnity bond as nearly as may be in Form D for such amount as may be specified by the Bank but not execeeding twice the face value of the annuity deposit certificate.
