Section 7(1) in The Gujarat Vacant Lands in Urban Areas (Prohibition of Alienation) Act, 1972
(1)The State Government may, by general or special order in writing and for reasons to be recorded therein; exempt any area or any alienation or other transfer of any vacant land from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
