Section 11(4)(a) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963

(a)The term of office of a market committee shall, save as otherwise provided in this Act, be [five years] [Substituted 'four year' by Gujarat Act No. 14 of 2015, dated 10.4.2015.] from the date of its first general meeting.
