02. 1. This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. The petition is completely bereft of all the necessary particulars to enable the Court to pass any effective orders.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to first make a proper representation with the authority setting out all the necessary facts and follow-up on that representation and thereafter seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at Page 1 of 2 par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
