21. Particulars of migrant workman.
(1)Every contractor shall furnish to the specified authorities the particulars regarding recruitment and employment of migrant workman in Form X.(2)The particulars shall be either personally delivered by the contractor to the concerned specified authorities or sent to them by registered post.
