Section 19 in Nagaland Rural Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 2018
19. Period of suspension.
(1)Period of suspension of an employee pending inquiry shall count for qualifying service, where on conclusion of such inquiry, he has been fully exonerated or the suspension is held to be wholly unjustified.(2)In all other cases, the period of suspension shall not count as qualifying service unless the competent authority passing the orders under the service regulations governing such case expressly declare at the time that it shall count to such extent as such authority may declare.
