Section 8(2) in The Orissa Grama Panchayats Act, 1964
(2)The Collector shall after considering all such objections and making such further inquiry as he may deem necessary cause such alternation as may be necessary to be made in the statement shall finally publish the statement so as altered in the prescribed manner and thereupon the division of the Grama into wards as shown in the statement shall become final.
