SANJAY KISHAN KAUL, CHIEF JUSTICE (ORAL) CM No.13035 of 2013 Leave is granted to place on record replication to the written statement of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the application is allowed. Civil Writ Petition No.15975 of 2013 Learned counsel for the respondents, by reference to our order dated 26.07.2013 issuing notice, submits that in the present case, Kumar Ramesh 2013.09.23 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No.15975 of 2013 (O&M) {2} blacklisting has occurred on account of the fact that this is a second TT, which has been found carrying out a malpractice. He, however, concedes that there is no reference to this fact in the order communicated.
It also appears that no personal hearing has been granted to the petitioners and the consequences are quite severe as not only two TTs in question, but all the 17 TTs of the petitioners are sought to be blacklisted, which would effectively bring the business of the petitioners to a stand still.
In view of the aforesaid, it is agreed as under:-
i) The petitioners will make a comprehensive representation to the respondents within a week from today;
ii) The respondents shall examine the representation and give a personal hearing to the petitioners;
iii) A fresh speaking order will be passed by the respondents within a period of one month from the date of the representation.
The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under the signatures of the Principal Secretary(Judicial)-cum-Joint Registrar of the Bench.
