Section 11(ii) in Allotment of Sites on Lease-hold basis to Auto Spare Part Dealers and Auto Repair Mechanics in Chandigarh Scheme, 1996
(ii)If the lessee fails to execute a lease deed in accordance with sub-clause (i) above, the Estate Officer may cancel the lease provided that before taking action as aforesaid, the Estate Officer shall afford to the lessee reasonable opportunity of being heard.
