108. [ Copies of Act etc. to be open for inspection. [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 25 of 1994.]
- Every Co-operative Society shall keep a copy of this Act, the rules made thereunder, its bye-laws, last audited annual balance sheet, profit and loss account and minutes of the general meetings open to inspection free of charge at the registered address of the society.] [Inserted by U.P.
