Section 108(3) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(3)Until Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] is established for an area under this Chapter any regulation which may be made under sub-section (1) may be made by the State Government and any regulation so made may be altered or rescinded by the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] concerned in exercise of its powers under sub-section (1).
