ORAL ORDER
2 10-08-2015Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32484 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,341,323,337,427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that on the order of the petitioners accused persons assaulted the informant and abused by calling the caste name.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no injury report on record. Statements have been made in paragraph 3 of the petitions that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Gopalganj.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
