Section 24(1) in The National Co-Operative Development Corporation Act, 1962
(1)With effect from the date on which the Corporation is established under section 3, the Agricultural Produce (Development and Warehousing) Corporations Act, 1956 (28 of 1956), shall, in so far as it relates to the National Co-operative Development and Warehousing Board stand repealed.
