This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revert those candidates who have been promoted illegally from the posts of Assistant Revenue Clerks to Deputy Collector by granting benefit of accelerated seniority as per Government policies dated 16.03.2006 and 28.02.2013.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that vide judgment, dated 29.11.2022, passed in CWP-22475-2018 titled Same Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others, this Court has disposed of a bunch of writ petitions directing the respondents to pass order afresh in the light of Supreme Court judgment in Jarnail Singh and others v. Lachhmi Narain Gupta and others, 2018 (10) SCC 396, within a period of six months, and till then the interim orders passed by this Court staying reversion of the petitioners therein shall continue to operate. Despite the said direction issued by this Court, the respondents have not passed a 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 14-08-2023 21:24:02 ::: Neutral Citation No:=2023:PHHC:102327 CWP No. 17167 of 2023 -2- 2023:PHHC:102327 fresh order, nor have the employees concerned been reverted.

Since the issue already stands decided by this Court, vide judgment dated 29.11.2022, by issuing appropriate directions to the respondents, no cause accrues to the petitioners to file the instant petition, that too seeking reversion of the employees who are not impleaded as party before this court.
4. In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain this petition.
5. Dismissed.
