Section 10(c) in U.P. Non-Governmental Arabic and Persian Madarsa Recognition, Administration and Services Regulation, 2016
(c)It shall be the duty of the Manager and other persons looking after functioning of a recognised Madarsa to comply with the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Madarsa Education Board Act, 2004 and of the regulations of 2015 and directions/orders issued, from time to time, by the Uttar Pradesh Madarsa Education Board and by the Department.
