9C. [ Suspension of family pension. [Vide G.O. Ms.No. 1397, Public (Establishment-I and Legislature), dated the 21st December 2001.]
- If the payment of family pension is suspended under the Act, the Secretary shall communicate an order to that effect in Form XII to the pensioner and to the Accountant-General, Chennai-18.]
