24.07.2023 In terms of order dated 05.06.2023, the Director General Prosecution is present in person.
Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG submits that the Director General Prosecution has nothing to do with the execution of the warrants issued by this Court.
Appearance of the Director General Prosecution is exempted. Bailable warrants issued in terms of order dated 15.09.2022 have to be executed through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Rajouri, whereas the Registry has issued the same through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Poonch.
Issue fresh bailable warrants, in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-, for securing presence of the respondent on the next date of hearing, to be executed through the Senior Superintendent of Police, Rajouri.
