11. Entries to be made by credit agencies in the Patta Pass Book.
- The credit agency shall make necessary entries to the particulars of the financial assistance or loan taken by the owners of the land and the charge or mortgage created in respect of the land in the relevant columns of the Patta Pass Book. An extract of the above entries shall be sent by the credit agencies to the Tahsildar within a period of seven days of the transaction. The Tahsildar shall cause the entry to be made in the Register of Patta Pass Books maintained by him.
