20. Control of District Election Officer at district level.
- The Returning Officer, Assistant Returning Officer, Presiding Officer, Polling Officers, and all other persons appointed in accordance with these rules shall, within the over-all direction and control of the Election Commission, work under the control of the District Election Officer.
