Section 11(ii) in Assam Prohibition of Smoking and Non-Smokers' Health Protection Act, 1999
(ii)section 7, 8 or 9 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees and in case of second or subsequent offence, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three months or with a minimum fine of five hundred rupees, which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
