Section 11(1)(iv) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at District Court, Patan and Courts under the jurisdiction of District Court, Patan (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013

(iv)subject to Regulation 11(2), pass all orders, directions, and/or direct taking steps necessary for putting an end to the sexual harassment of the aggrieved woman.
