403. General power of Municipality to pay compensation.
- In any case not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, the Board of Councilors may pay compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any power under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder by any municipal authority or any officer of the Municipality.
