Section 33(2) in Srinagar and Jammu Cluster Universities Act, 2016
(2)The inspection of colleges and other teaching institutions applying for affiliation or recognition shall be conducted by a committee to be appointed by the Board of Inspection. In the case of a College applying for recognition in new courses or subjects the Committee of Inspection shall consist of the following members :-(a)One member of the Board of Inspection nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ;(b)The Heads of the Cluster University Departments concerned, if there are any in the subjects ; and(c)The Dean of the Faculty concerned.
