Section 18(1) in Uttarakhand Disaster Mitigation, Management and Prevention Act, 2005
(1)The Divisional Commissioner shall coordinate and guide the officers and the local bodies in the matter of disaster management in the respective division and shall exercise such general and specific power as may be delegated to him by the Authority, the Commissioner Disaster Management or the State Government.
