Section 22(2)(a) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Act, 1958

(a)A copy of the notice referred to in sub-section (1) shall be sent in triplicate to the Inspector having jurisdiction over the beedi industrial premises within two weeks from the date of grant of licence for the first time in the case of premises carrying on work at the commencement of this Act, and in the case of premises beginning work after such commencement, before the day on which week is begun in the premises.
