- Where a licence is lost, destroyed, torn, defaced or multilated, the licensee may apply for a duplicate copy of the licence. Every such application shall be accompanied with a fee of rupees ten. On receipt of an application the Licensing Officer shall grant a duplicate copy of the licence to the licensee.
