Section 8 in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
8. Qualification for membership of Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha.
- A person shall not be qualified to be elected as a Member of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Sabha unless he is an elector from any one of the constituencies referred to in sub-section (1) of section 6.
